I went with my momma to get Her sisters old mantle clock fixed, and I asked if they could repair rings, and they said of course we can. I got my ring back today and I was so amazed, that they did such a phenomenal job, and it looks like it did when my husband put it on my finger when we got married 13 years ago. Five stars isn’t enough. I am overwhelmed by the professionalism and craftsmanship of Boggs jewelers. I needed my great grandmother’s rings resized, rebuilt and customized for my hand. I was weary about leaving my most treasured possession. Laura made me feel like I was family from the moment we met. She assured me that she would personally look after my rings. Her father worked miracles making them better than I ever could have imaged. They did all this in a week so I could have them in time for my anniversary. The price was reasonable considering all of the work that needed to be done. It was a joy working with them and I wish I would’ve done it sooner.

Just got my Rolex fixed got salt water inside it. These guys worked a miracle. It’s a $20k watch Rolex Thunderbird. It was worth the $1200 to get it fixed right. Stand up people that don’t lie cheat or steal. I recommend highly reputable. Would not go anywhere else for high end items. Also have a lot of stuff for sale.

In the 20 years we have been dealing with Bogg’s, they have either repaired or serviced them all. They’ve done it for a reasonable price and in a reasonable amount of time. EDIT: After I called them again, they further explained the issues with finding such rare parts. When you get them on the phone they are very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be picking up the watch in its original condition, but they've promised to keep a look out for the parts needed and let me know if they appear so we can proceed with the repairs. Adjusting my rating slightly and crossing my fingers that they find something. I will give them another chance.
I have been using Boggs for many years, buying and repairing various pieces of jewelry. I inherited a ring from my grandmother and brought it to Boggs to see if they knew what year the style was popular. Mark stated the 1930s. I wore it for awhile and realized I would like to add my birthstone. I wanted to save the unique band and the 2 diamonds. Mark came up with a design which gave the diamonds room to shine and beautiful peridot between them. I am so pleased with the results. Boggs always does a great job!
Had my two Seth Thomas bee hive clocks cleaned and restored by Boggs, they are running like new. They gave estimate and did what needed to be done, they are running like new great job . Very knowledgeably people it was a pleasure working with them. JB

In January 2024 I took my automatic watch in to be serviced, (Sinn 556, ETA 2824-2) which was running about -25secs per day. I collected the watch 9 days ago and it is now keeping excellent time – approximately +3 secs per day.
When I purchased the watch about seven years ago I returned it twice, under a two year warranty, to the authorized service center due to poor time keeping. On neither occasion were they able to adjust the accuracy to below + /- double digits.
I am most impressed by the skill of your watchmaker and very pleased that he buffed up the stainless steel case and bracelet removing years of scratches and giving the watch an almost “as new” look.
Quick turnaround and reasonable price. Superb job! Highly recommended.
