In addition to all those services, if you decide to return it within 30 days you get full trade value. If you happen to lose it we will provide you a free copy of your appraisal or photo receipt. We also keep a “want list” for couples to gift each other, and if you’ve got a question about the piece you can talk directly to the jeweler.
Customized Jewelry You Can’t Find Anywhere Else…
Our jewelers create special hand-made jewelry items that are either self-inspired designs, or custom designs inspired by the customer with 2/3 times average gold content. The piece always contains certified gemstones, and includes “in progress design” photos, which show the phases of the item created.
These items typically have a 3x longer wearable lifespan and are recognized more than “off-the-shelf” jewelry. These items are a pleasure to sell and may not be reproduced without the customer’s consent.
We will show you the value-to-cost comparison between our custom line and a bargain item from somewhere else and demonstrate that it’s actually less expensive to buy one of our custom pieces.

All our jewelry is clearly labeled with detailed technical information which most people find very useful when comparison shopping. If you have a good idea what you’re looking for you can compare quality with each item’s information, and if you want to see what makes one a better or worse value we will show you under the microscope. If you’re like most people – you don’t have a lot of confidence because you don’t know exactly what to look for.
We specialize in integrating technical and professional knowledge and are focused on educating you more than “selling” you. We believe in and practice the motto, “Treat all customers like we want to be treated”. Many of our past customers are so happy they will escort a friend or relative to our store to introduce them!
We are members of the Better Business Bureau and we are GIA certified. We have a 10X power microscope optical viewer that allows you to see your jewelry up close. We also require that our service staff have their certificates and, keep them on display.
